I-94 Lowry Tunnel to close overnight Oct. 3, 4 for cleaning
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will experience delays and full closures of I-94 in Minneapolis as the Lowry Tunnel is closed overnight in both directions for washing on Oct. 3 and Oct 4.
The closures will take place between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Crews will wash the westbound side of the tunnel on Oct. 3 and the eastbound side on Oct. 4. Motorists will be detoured to the prohibited vehicle route.
