I-94 frontage road resurfacing project begins Oct. 3
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists may experience delays on East Lyndale Avenue and West Lyndale Avenue (I-94 frontage roads) between Dunwoody Boulevard and Plymouth Avenue in Minneapolis as a project to resurface the roadway begins Monday, Oct. 3.
Temporary lane closures and some short-term full closures of the roadway will occur throughout the project. Most of the work will occur overnight from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m., Sunday nights through Friday mornings. Some work during the first two weeks may occur during daytime hours from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of October.
The project will create a smoother surface for motorists and extend the lifespan of the roadway.
