I-94 overnight ramp closures scheduled for Sept. 14 and Sept. 15
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists may experience delays as overnight I-94 ramp closures in Minneapolis and St. Paul occur Sept. 14 and Sept. 15.
The ramp from eastbound I-94 to Huron Boulevard in St. Paul will close from 10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14 until 5 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 15. Motorists are advised to use the Cretin Avenue/Vandalia Street interchange to access westbound I-94 and then Huron Boulevard.
The ramp from 6th Street in downtown Minneapolis to eastbound I-94 will close from 11 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15 until 4 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to access eastbound I-94.
The ramp closures are needed for guardrail replacement as part of the I-94 improvement project between downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul. For more project information visit http://www.dot.state.mn.us/metro/projects/i94resurfacing/phase2.html.
