Emergency repairs close northbound Hwy 52 in St. Paul
Crews need to repair concrete pavement
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists may encounter congestion and delays when northbound Hwy 52 (Lafayette Freeway) in St. Paul closes this afternoon for emergency pavement repair.
The northbound roadway will be closed between Concord Boulevard and I- 94 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. The closure is needed as crews repair the pavement just north of Plato Boulevard. The roadway is currently a single lane due to bridge construction.
During the closure, motorists are advised to use alternate routes if possible to avoid delays on Hwy 52. Traffic should follow the signed detour on Concord Boulevard and Robert Street to reach I-94.
