Minneapolis closures scheduled for Aug. 5 and Aug. 6
ROSEVILLE, Minn. –Minneapolis motorists may encounter delays as the ramp from Washington Avenue to southbound I-35W/Hwy 55/westbound I-94 is closed at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 6.
The ramp will reopen at 5 a.m. Aug. 6. Access from southbound I-35W to westbound I-94 will not be available during the closure. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
Additional ramp restrictions are scheduled:
- Lane closures on the ramp from westbound I-94 to 5th Street will occur from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Aug. 5 and from 10 p.m. Aug. 5 until 5 a.m. Aug. 6
- Lane closures on the ramp from southbound I-35W to Hwy 55 will occur from 10 p.m. until midnight Aug. 5
- Lane closures on the ramp from northbound I-35W/Hwy 55 to Washington Avenue/3rd Street will occur from 10 p.m. Aug. 5 until 5 a.m. Aug. 6
