Two I-35E/Hwy 13 ramps closing Sept. 6
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists may experience delays at I-35E and Hwy 13 in Lilydale when the ramps connecting Hwy 13 to northbound I-35E close at 9 a.m., Sept. 6.
Both ramps will open by 9 a.m., Sept. 13.
A detour will route traffic northbound on I-35E to westbound Shepard Road to southbound I-35E back to Hwy 13.
The closures are part of a larger project to resurface I-35E between Lone Oak Road in Eagan and Hwy 5/West Seventh Street in St. Paul. When complete, the project will result in a smoother ride, extended pavement life, improved drainage and improved pedestrian crossings that meet ADA standards.
