Hwy 169/I-494 ramp closing Aug. 2
One-month closure needed as 169/494 construction progresses
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists may encounter delays when the ramp from southbound Hwy 169 to westbound Interstate 494 closes at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2.
During the closure, motorists will be able to access westbound I-494 from Hwy 212. Viking Drive/West 78th Street will remain open during the ramp closure.
The ramp will remain closed for approximately one month.
Part of the Hwy 169/I-494 Interchange Reconstruction project, the closure is necessary as crews expedite the construction of the new Washington Avenue bridge spanning I-494.
