Hwy 169 triangle ribbon cutting ceremony takes place Aug. 25
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Anyone interested in helping to celebrate the completion of the Hwy 169 triangle project is invited to the project’s official ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday, Aug. 25.
The event will begin at 11 a.m. in the Brooklyn Park Fleet Farm parking lot at 8400 Lakeland Ave. N. The event includes remarks from dignitaries and a ceremonial ribbon cutting and photograph.
The Hwy 169 triangle project In Brooklyn Park and Osseo converted the existing intersection at Hennepin County Road 81 and 85th Avenue into an interchange, reducing congestion and improving safety for northwestern Twin Cities motorists.
