Hwy 20 sign replacement project begins Aug. 16
ROSEVILLE, Minn - Motorists may experience delays on Hwy 20 between Hwy 19 in Cannon Falls and the Hwy 50/Hwy 61 intersection in Douglas Township near Miesville beginning Tuesday, August 16 as crews begin replacing most of the signs along the roadway.
While most of the work will take place off the roadway, daily shoulder closures will occur Mondays through Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and sections the road may be reduced to a single lane with flaggers controlling between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The work will be completed by Thursday, August 25.
The new signs along the 7.5-mile stretch of Hwy and will appear brighter at night and meet retro reflectivity standards.
