Ramps to 3rd Street in Minneapolis will close July 30
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will experience delays and a detour as the ramp from northbound I-35W to 3rd Street and the ramp from northbound Hwy 55 to 3rd Street in Minneapolis close at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, July 30.
During the closures motorists will be directed to use Washington Avenue. The ramps will reopen by 12:01 p.m., weather permitting.
