Eastbound I-694 closing June 17-20
Weekend closure needed as crews continue painting bridges
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will experience delays and detours as eastbound I-694 in Brooklyn Center closes at the I-94 split beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, June 17.
During the closure of eastbound I-694, motorists will be detoured to eastbound I-94 and then follow the Hwy 252 exit lane back to eastbound I-694.
The ramp from northbound Hwy 100 to eastbound I-694 also will be closed. Motorists will be directed to use eastbound I-394 and westbound I-94 to access eastbound I-694.
In addition, the ramp from 57th Avenue to northbound Hwy 100 will close. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to access northbound Hwy 100.
Access from Shingle Creek Parkway to eastbound I-694 will also be unavailable but the ramp from Shingle Creek Parkway to eastbound I-94 will reopen during the weekend closures.
All ramps and roadways will reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, June 20.
