Southbound Hwy 169 lane closure rescheduled for May 2
ST. PAUL, Minn. —Motorists will encounter delays in the southwest Twin Cities Metropolitan area on Monday, May 2 as southbound Hwy 169 is reduced to a single lane between Valley View Road and I-494 beginning at 5 p.m.
Part of the Hwy 169/I-494 interchange reconstruction project, the lane closure is needed as crews apply striping, set barrier and prepare to move southbound Hwy 169 traffic to temporary lanes. The lane closure was originally scheduled for May 1 but was rescheduled due to inclement weather.
Both lanes of southbound Hwy 169 will reopen by 7 a.m. Tuesday, May 3.
