County Road 81 lane closures scheduled for May 23-24
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists may experience delays on Monday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 24 due to lane closures on County Road 81 in Maple Grove between Elm Creek Boulevard and Fernbrook Lane.
County Road 81 is currently reduced to a single lane in each direction to accommodate roadway cleanup activities in the Hwy 610 project area as a result of the weekend storms. All lanes of traffic will reopen on Wednesday, May 25.
The new Hwy 610 alignment includes nearly three miles of four-lane highway between Hwy 169 in Brooklyn Park and County Road 81 in Maple Grove. Construction is scheduled to be complete in July 2011.
