SCHEDULE CHANGE

Hwy 169 restriping rescheduled for May 17

Work on northbound and southbound lanes to continue tonight

 

(Roseville, Minn.) – Motorists traveling both directions of Hwy 169 between Pioneer Trail and Hwy 13 near the Minnesota River are urged to use caution until crews can complete permanent restriping of the roadway.

 

Crews completed removal of the fog lines on Hwy 169 near the Minnesota River early on Friday, May 13 as the first phase of work required to revert Hwy 169 river crossing to its original configuration before floodwater forced the closure of Hwys 41 and 101.

 

Crews will work overnight on both directions of the roadway beginning Tuesday, May 17.

 

As a result, northbound Hwy 169 will be intermittently reduced to a single lane between Hwy 13 and Pioneer Trail beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 17. Southbound Hwy 169 will be reduced to a single lane between Hwy 13 and Pioneer Trail beginning at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17. All lanes will be open to traffic by 7 a.m. Wednesday, May 18.
