ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists should exercise caution while driving on Shingle Creek Parkway at I-94 in Brooklyn Center as a project to replace the traffic signal systems at the ramp terminals begins Monday, May 2.
Crews will typically work Monday through Friday, during the day. Temporary, non-rush hour closures of the right lanes in both directions of Shingle Creek Parkway and on the I-94 ramps will occur as needed.
The purpose of the project is to replace the current traffic signals and make accessibility upgrades for pedestrians. The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of June 2011.
