Southbound Hwy 121 ramp to southbound I-35W closing April 18-20
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will encounter increased congestion on metro area roadways when the ramp from southbound Hwy 121 to southbound I-35W closes at 9 a.m. Monday, April 18, Tuesday, April 19 and Wednesday, April 20. The ramp will be open by 3 p.m. each day.
The closure is necessary as crews complete noise wall work.
