Snelling Avenue lane closures begin April 4
(Roseville, Minn.) – Motorists will encounter delays on Snelling Avenue just north of I-94 when the road is reduced to a single lane in each direction between Spruce Tree Avenue and Sherburne Avenue on April 4.
Changes to local streets will also occur.
