I-35W ramps in Minneapolis closing March 30 and April 4

Closures needed as Central Corridor Light Rail construction continues

 

Roseville, Minn. — Minneapolis motorists will encounter delays near I-35W as two specific ramps close beginning March 30 and April 4.

 

The ramp from 4th Street to southbound I-35W will close on Wednesday, March 30. The ramp will reopen Summer 2011.

The ramp from northbound I-35W to the University of Minnesota East Bank will close on Monday, April 4. The ramp will reopen in winter 2012.

 

Motorists should follow all posted detours. The ramps to Washington Avenue and 3rd Street will remain open.
