Roseville, Minn. — Motorists will experience delays on northbound I-35W beginning at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 24 as Mn/DOT crews continue to construct a temporary dike on the east side of the freeway between Cliff Road and Black Dog Road in Burnsville.
The roadway will be reduced to a single lane through 2:30 a.m. Friday, March 25.
In addition, the ramp to Black Dog Road from northbound I-35W will close at 8:30 p.m. March 24 and will remain closed until high water on the Minnesota River recedes.
Crews again will close the right lane of northbound I-35W at 10 a.m. Friday, March 25 in order to complete the dike and will be finished by 2 p.m. Friday, March 25.
