Meeting for proposed interchange improvements at Hwy 36, Hilton Trail in Pine Springs scheduled Feb. 1


 

ROSEVILLE, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will host an informational open house on proposed improvements to Hwy 36 at Hilton Trail in Pine Springs. The plan aims to reconstruct the signalized intersection into a grade-separated interchange to improve safety and traffic flow. Additional work will connect 60th Street to the roundabout at the interchange and construct a bridge over the Gateway Trail.


The open house is set from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 1 at the Grant Town Hall, 8380 Kimbro Avenue North in Grant.

 

Layouts and graphics of the improvements will be displayed during the informal open house. Representatives from the Minnesota Department of Transportation will be in attendance to answer questions.  There will be no formal presentation.  Following the open house, the Grant City Council will discuss the project and seek public input at their meeting starting
at 7 p.m.
