FlOODING UPDATE: Ramps at northbound I-35W and Black Dog Road re-opening at 10 a.m.
Roseville, Minn. — The Minnesota Department of Transportation will re-open the exit and entrance ramps between northbound Interstate 35W and Black Dog Road in Burnsville at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 4.
The ramps were closed on Friday, Oct. 1 due to high and rising backwater from the Minnesota River.
