I-94 Lowry Tunnel to close overnight Oct. 18 and 19 for cleaning
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will experience delays and full closures of I-94 in Minneapolis as the Lowry Tunnel is closed overnight in both directions for cleaning Oct. 18 and 19.
The closures will take place between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. Crews will clean the westbound side of the tunnel on Oct. 18 and the eastbound side on Oct. 19. Motorists will be detoured to the prohibited vehicle route.
