Highway 3 intersection upgrades begin Oct. 18
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – Motorists will encounter work crews and occasional lane closures on Highway 3 between county Road 42/150th Street West in Rosemount and County Road 30/Diffley Road in Eagan as crews upgrade six intersections to meet new accessibility requirements.
The work is scheduled Monday, Oct. 18 through Wednesday, Nov. 3, and will take place at the following intersections.
- Highway 3 and Highway 42/150th Street
- Highway 3 and Connemara Trail
- Highway 3 and McAndrews Road
- Highway 3 and Red Pine Lane/Highline Trail
- Highway 3 and County Road 32/Cliff Road
- Highway 3 and County Road 30/Diffley Road
The project will improve pedestrian accessibility, access and safety to meet updated standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
