FLOODING UPDATE Ramps at northbound I-35W and Black Dog Road closing at 9 a.m.
Roseville, Minn. — The Minnesota Department of Transportation will close the ramps to/from northbound Interstate 35W and Black Dog Road in Burnsville at 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 1, due to high and rising backwater from the Minnesota River.
The ramps will remain closed until further notice.
