Public Input sought for proposed noise wall
Wall would extend along Highway 169 in New Hope
Roseville, Minn. — Residents of New Hope are invited to comment about the proposed construction of a noise wall along the east side of Highway 169 between Rockford Road/County Road 9 and 36th Avenue North. Funding for the wall would come from Mn/DOT’s noise wall program funds.
An informational open house will be held on Thursday, Sept. 9 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at New Hope City Hall, 4401 Xylon Avenue. Mn/DOT representatives and city officials will be on hand to provide information and visualization materials on the proposed noise wall.
The New Hope City Council will use the public input from this open house to determine if the noise wall will be constructed.
