Night-time closures of northbound I35W scheduled for April 26, 27
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Motorists will encounter detours and increased congestion on metro area roadways when northbound Interstate 35W closes at Highway 62 at 10 p.m. Monday, April 26 and Tuesday, April 27.
Northbound I-35W will re-open by 5 a.m. each day following the closures.
Southbound I-35W and Highway 62 will remain open during the nightly closures.
Part of the I-35W/Highway 62 Crosstown reconstruction project, the nighttime closures are needed as crews remove bridge abutments at the eastern junction of I-35W and Highway 62.
Motorists should follow the posted detours:
Highway 62 east, to Highway 77/Cedar Avenue, to Highway 62 west, to I-35W north
