Stillwater Lift Bridge closing at 10 a.m. Tuesday due to flooding
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation and the Minnesota State Patrol will close the Stillwater Lift Bridge at approximately 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 23 due to high water and ice on the St. Croix River.
The bridge will remain closed until further notice.
During the closure motorists may detour south to I-94 at Hudson, Wis. or north to Hwy 243 at Osceola, Wis. to cross the St. Croix River.
