Hwy 7/Wooddale Avenue access to be restricted starting Nov. 21
Traffic switch made as interchange reconstruction work continues
Motorists will encounter restrictions at Highway 7 and Wooddale Avenue in St. Louis Park beginning at 4 a.m. on Nov. 21 as crews continue to construct a new interchange.
On the south side of the intersection, Wooddale Avenue will be closed and access to and from Highway 7 will be unavailable.
On the north side of the intersection, motorists traveling westbound on Highway 7 will be able to access northbound Wooddale Avenue. However, motorists traveling southbound on Wooddale Avenue will not be able to access Highway 7.
Access to local businesses and residences in the area will be maintained throughout the duration of the project. Motorists should follow posted detours to access Highway 7 and Wooddale Avenue in this area.
The project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
