60th Street ramp to northbound I-35W to close on Oct. 22
ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Motorists will encounter detours and increased congestion on metro area roadways when the 60th Street ramp to northbound Interstate 35W closes at 10 p.m. on Oct. 22. The ramp is scheduled to re-open in summer 2010.
The 60th Street exit ramp from southbound I-35W will remain open during the closure.
The ramp closure is needed to continue reconstruction activities, including concrete paving, of the new northbound lanes of I-35W.
Motorists should follow the posted detour route, which includes using the Diamond Lake Road ramp to northbound I-35W.
