Weekend closure planned on Coon Rapids Blvd for deck pour on southbound Hwy 47 bridge in Coon Rapids
ROSEVILLE, Minn. - Coon Rapids Blvd/Anoka County Road 3 and Anoka County Road 10 will close Saturday, July 11, to allow crews to safely pour concrete for the new deck of the southbound Hwy 47 bridge. During the concrete pour, Coon Rapids Blvd and County Road 10 will be closed from 5 a.m. until approximately 4 p.m.
County Road traffic will detour on the following routes:
• Eastbound traffic will detour on southbound Hwy 47 to eastbound Osborne Road to north Hwy 65 to reach County Road 10.
• Westbound traffic will detour north on Hwy 47 to Foley Blvd to reach Coon Rapids Blvd.
Southbound Hwy 47 traffic is currently on a bypass on the northbound side of the roadway.
The new bridges will be completed by late October, weather permitting.
