ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Repairs to the Stillwater Lift Bridge are nearing completion. The bridge is expected to reopen to traffic at 6 a.m., Monday, August 4—four days earlier than expected.
The bridge was damaged July 7 when a delivery truck heading into Minnesota struck several pieces of overhead cross-bracing.
