ROSEVILLE, Minn. — The Minnesota Department of Transportation released a nine-minute computer animation of the “Loop Trail” that is one of the mitigation items associated with the St. Croix River Crossing project. The CD was sent to project stakeholders, media and libraries in the project area.

The animation contains a narrated view of the Loop Trail from land and aerial perspectives.
