Roseville, Minn.— The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will close the exit ramp from northbound I-35W to east Hennepin Avenue from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, September 21. The closure is necessary so that Mn/DOT crews can make concrete repairs.
