Roseville, Minn.— The Minnesota Department of Transportation will begin resurfacing Highway 5 from Hwy. 212 in Norwood to Hwy. 25. The posted detour will direct motorists to use Hwy 212 and Hwy 284. The project is expected to be completed by September 19, weather permitting.
