Roseville,
Minn. Traffic will be switched to the newly rebuilt westbound lanes of Ramsey County Road E between Snelling Avenue and Interstate 35W in Roseville on Monday, Aug. 8. Once traffic is traveling on the new northbound side of the road, crews will begin removing pavement on the eastbound lanes to rebuild the south side of the roadway.
County Road C traffic will continue to be restricted to a single lane in each direction until paving is finished. Motorists should watch for additional lane shifts and temporary lane closures along County Rd. C until the project is completed this fall.
Removal and replacement of signal heads at the intersection of Snelling Ave. and County Road C also will happen Monday morning, August 8. Beginning at 9 a.m., traffic in the intersection will be controlled by a four way stop until about 3:30 p.m. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid congestion and backups on Snelling Ave.
