Roseville,
Minn. Motorists will encounter daily single lane traffic from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. today through Friday on northbound Interstate 35E as crews begin routing conduit and pipe on the underside of the Interstate 35E Lexington Bridge across the Mississippi River in St. Paul. The conduit and pipe will carry liquid to the spray disks for the new anti-icing system on the I-35E bridge. Closures will be marked in advance and drivers should use alternate routes to avoid delays.
Once testing is completed, the new system should be operational by the middle of September.
Mn/DOT reminds motorists to SLOW DOWN in the work zone and NEVER enter a roadway that has been blocked with barriers or cones. Please join us in a safety partnership. For statewide traffic, construction and travel information visit www.511mn.org or call 511 or log on to mndot.gov
