(Roseville, Minn.) — Eastbound Interstate 94 will be restricted to a single lane between White Bear Avenue and Century Avenue (Highway 120) from 8 p.m. tonight through

9 a.m. tomorrow morning for removal of the old eastbound interstate bridge deck over McKnight Road. At the same time, McKnight Road beneath the interstate will be closed and detoured.

During the McKnight Road closure, motorists will follow a signed detour to Highway 120 (Century Avenue) to reach McKnight Rd.

Work on the bridges and pavement as part of the third lane expansion of I-94 between McKnight Road and Highway 120 (Century Ave.) in Maplewood will continue throughout the year. Traffic will be maintained two lanes in each direction most of the time throughout the project area, but there will be short-term single lane traffic during nights and non-peak hours.
