Roseville, Minn. — The ramp from southbound Highway 121 (DuPont) to westbound Highway 62 will be closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, June 30. The closure is necessary so that city of Minneapolis public works crews can work on underground utilities.
