(Roseville, Minn.) –As the second year of reconstruction work continues on Ramsey County Road C in Roseville, motorists will encounter loop closures at Interstate 35W and Ramsey County Road C. Following rush hour on Tuesday, May 3, Ramsey County will close the loop from County Road C to southbound I-35W along with the loop from northbound I-35W to westbound County Road C.

During the closures, traffic will follow signed detours. Weather permitting, the loops will reopen by mid-June.

Reconstruction of County Road C between I-35W and Snelling Avenue began last summer. Last year’s work included replacement of railroad crossings and widening of north and southbound Snelling Ave. just south of County Road C.

Motorists should watch for additional lane shifts and temporary lane closures along County Rd. C until the project is completed this fall.
