Roseville, Minn. — Alternating (left and right) lane closures of both the northbound and southbound lanes of I-35W near the Franklin Ave. bridge will begin Monday. The closures will continue each night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., April 18 through April 21. Highway 65, which also passes below the Franklin Ave. bridge, will have alternating lane closures during the same times. The closures are necessary so that bridge railings can be removed from the Franklin Ave. bridge, which is undergoing a total rehabilitation.
