Highway 52 Median Closure at 170th Street in Empire and Vermillion Townships Scheduled for the Week of Nov. 15th

(Roseville, Minn.) — The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will close the median at 170th Street in Empire and Vermillion Townships for the safety of the traveling public.

The median closure is necessary because the new ramps built as part of the Highway 52/County Road 46 interchange in Coates are now open. Left turning and through traffic movements at 170th Street will conflict with those entering or exiting Highway 52 from these ramps and have necessitated this closure. Right-in and right-out turns from Highway 52 at
170th Street will continue to be allowed at this time.
