Roseville, Minn.— The Interstate 94 Lowry Tunnel south of downtown Minneapolis will be closed in both directions from 9:30 p.m. tomorrow (Wednesday) night until 5 a.m. Thursday morning for cleaning. During the closure, all traffic will use the prohibited vehicle route to detour around the closures.
