Roseville, Minn.— The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) is currently seeking consultant services to develop a facilitated Public Process and Visual Quality Manual for the St. Croix River Crossing Project. The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (Wis/DOT) is a funding and design partner in this project.
