Roseville, Minn.—Baker Road will be closed for utility work at the I-494 bridge beginning Tuesday, October 19 at 9 a.m. It will remain closed until 5 p.m. Friday, October 22. Baker Road traffic will be detoured to Highway 62, Shady Oak Road and Excelsior Boulevard . The closure will only prevent north/south movement under the I-494 bridge. Access to side streets and businesses on Baker Road will be maintained.
