Roseville, Minn.—The right lane of westbound Highway 5 across the Mississippi River in St. Paul will be closed from 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, October 13, through 7 p.m. Saturday evening, October 16, for completion of tiling in the Fort Road tunnel near Fort Snelling. Tiling of the eastbound half of the tunnel was completed earlier this week.

Removal of a median crossover used during work on Highway 5 this summer also will require closing the ramp from westbound Highway 5 to eastbound Highway 55 from 8:30 a.m. Thursday, October 14 until sometime late Friday morning.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to avoid congestion.
