Roseville, Minn.— As work along northbound Highway 100 in Robbinsdale continues, the Minnesota Department of Transportation this morning opened the newly constructed interchange of northbound Highway 100 at Hennepin County Road 81 and the new entrance ramp from 42 nd Ave. ( Rockford Road ) to northbound Hwy. 100. Traffic on northbound Highway 100 is now able to exit at County Rd. 81 and County Rd. 81 traffic can also access northbound Highway 100.

At the same time, northbound Highway 100 traffic has been shifted to the new outside lanes of the roadway between 42 nd Ave. and the Twin Lakes just north of County Rd. 81 as construction of new median barrier between the north and southbound lanes of the highway begins.

Work on Highway 100 between 39 th Ave. North and Twin Lakes began in the summer of 2001 and is expected to be completed by this fall.
