Roseville, Minn.— The ramp from westbound Interstate 94 to Highway 55 on the west end of downtown Minneapolis will be closed from 8 p.m. until 12 midnight tomorrow night for inspection of the Highway 55 bridge. Motorists are advised to find alternate routes through Minneapolis to avoid the closure.
