Roseville, Minn.— The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) has reopened northbound and southbound Highway 100 beneath I-494 in BLOOMINGTON as of 12 noon on Sunday, July 18, 2004 .

The closure was necessary for the removal of the old I-494 bridge over Highway 100.
