(Roseville, Minn.)—The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will re-open the loop from Highway 13 to northbound I-35E in LILYDALE at 9 a.m. on Monday, June 28.

The overall project, which is the replacement of the current Lexington Ave. bridge will be completed in August of 2004.
