Roseville, Minn.— Beginning at 10 p.m. Monday evening, May 31, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will begin concrete repairs, resurfacing and storm sewer work on Interstate 94 between White Bear Avenue and Mounds Boulevard in St. Paul. During the work, motorists will encounter lane closures and lane shifts in each direction until mid-July.

Weekend lane closures may restrict both directions of the interstate to a single lane of traffic at various times. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes to reach their destinations.

Weather permitting, work will be completed by mid-July.

NOTE: Lane closures will continue through August on both directions of Interstate 94 from Highway 120 to the St. Croix River. The location of lane closures and lane shifts will change throughout the project, so motorists are advised to pay close attention to traffic control signs.
